Breast
This cut is ideal for quick cooking. The key is not to overcook, can be prepared in almost limitless ways like sautéed, stir-fried, deep-fried, oven-roasted, poached, steamed or grilled.

Legs
Legs have a more meaty taste and a firm texture. They can handle long-cooking techniques such as braising or roasting. They're excellent grilled or barbequed just marinade first.

Whole Chicken
Ready for roasting with stripes of streaky bacon covering the breasts.
Perfect for Sunday Roast.

Cooking Cuts of Turkey

Crown
Crowns are basically a whole turkey with the legs and wings removed to give you a joint of white breast meat on the bone.
Quicker to cook, and easy to carve, many small families opt for a crown to avoid too many leftovers!

Butterfly
Is a breast joint split down the middle and opened out. This allows you to add your own stuffing.
